Breakaway Closing & Ejection Pins
Breakaway closing and ejection pins are standard on the IIM 2100. The pins simply snap off in the event of a machine crash, sparing other expensive components.

Single Assembly Tamping Head
The tamping head and guide ring have been designed as one assembly, an enhancement featured on newer filling machines. This allows for quicker tamping pin changeout and precise dosing adjustments.
Single-Point Tamping Height Adjust
The IIM 2100 features an upgraded dosing station with single-point tamping ring height adjustment, which replaces the old style jack screws. With the turn of a wrench, the tamping ring is raised and lowered uniformly.
Top Cam Accessibility
Segment carrier maintenance is quick and easy with the removable mouthpiece in the top cam. Simply unscrew two bolts to take out the mouthpiece, and rotate the machine to remove individual carriers.
Drive Cam Alignment
Each IIM drive cam is manufactured with an alignment hole, which accepts our alignment rod for quick cam placement and retiming.
Vertical Operator Panel
The heads-up panel is user-friendly, with a cleaner design to prevent button malfunction.
Emergency stop button is in line of sight for most operators, and conspicuous for safety.
